DISCOUNT: Put 7 or 8 people in a caravan and get the following Discounts from ESF Events. 7 People = £50 Discount. 8 people = £100 Discount.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with SYFA rules, the U8 – U12 age sections at ESF 2025 in Ayr will be non-competitive and results will not be recorded. All players will receive a quality ESF 2025 medal from a football celebrity to celebrate the achievements of all the children.

ESF 2025 is a touring festival. Accommodation for your whole group, including players, club officials and families/spectators, must be booked through ESF Events. Individuals who are not booked through ESF Events are not part of the event and do not have permission to attend the playing venues as a player, official or spectator, or to attend the presentation ceremonies at Butlin’s and Haven. If members of your group (players, club officials, spectators) attend the event but have not booked accommodation through ESF Events, the team will not be permitted to participate in the festival.

Accommodation Prices are per person (Inc. VAT) for 3 nights accommodation.
Accommodation grades and sizes of unit listed above are subject to availability.
Full under-occupancy charges apply if the minimum occupancy is not reached. i.e. if 3 guests book a 4 berth unit of accommodation, they will have to pay for 4 guests.
Additional grades of accommodation may be available.
